Exercise can be hard or easy - and always fun. It will improve strength, performance, endurance - and presence.

Together we'll be achieving all of these and more in a variety of ways and locations: From the home to the park and the pool, taking in the gym and great outdoors along the way. Running, cycling, swimming, body weight exercises and barbell and dumbbell work outs. And let's not forget a balanced diet. A personal food plan broken down to suit your individual needs.

It's all about what you want to achieve and enjoying the journey. I will provide you with a structured pathway to  your goal.

Method

I am very happy to train you at home, or outdoors. The  choice will always be yours. If you prefer a gym that can be arranged.

My consultation is free at a time and place convenient for you. 

l will explain potential styles of exercise and assess your medical needs.

Terms

Following your free consultation one hour sessions are £20 tailored to fit your weekly schedule.  

If you cannot attend a session we will make alternative arrangements at no extra cost. You can cancel at any time, unused sessions refunded.

I offer one to one training but will happily train up to four people at a time at a discounted rate.

I can also produce a twelve week plan, if you do not require personal training. This will cost £30.
