About Me


Hi, I'm Nic Bentley

I am a personal trainer and my goal is to help you improve yourself through tailored to you fitness regimes. We’ll be achieving this through a combination of procedures focusing upon muscular, aerobic and anaerobic exercises. Evolving to take on endurance and weight regimes so that you’ll not only look and feel better about yourself but be more capable and confident too.
Based in the West Midlands I am a Black Belt Tae Kwon Do teacher. My other fitness passions are football, running half marathons - and recently ‘wild’ swimming. I aim to show you how exercise and hard work can not only be rewarding but fun.
